The hard part of bilingual sites is never the translation — it's that right-to-left changes the geometry of every layout decision. Here the UI is internationalized with next-intl and the RTL experience is mirrored properly: reading order, directional icons, and scroll-driven sequencing all flip with the language, so the Arabic site feels designed rather than converted. That parity was a project requirement, not a polish item.

The site is Next.js with React Three Fiber driving the scroll-triggered 3D manuscript scenes and Framer Motion handling interface motion. It deploys to Cloudflare Workers, so it's served from the edge — fast from Beirut, the Gulf, and the diaspora audiences a heritage foundation actually has.
